Ingredients

MetricImperial
  • 200 ml water
  • 10 sheets of gelatine, red or white
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 100 g berries of your choice. frozen or fresh (e.g. strawberries)
  • sweetener of your choice (erythritol or xylitol)
  • 6.8 fl oz water
  • 10 sheets of gelatine, red or white
  • 5.3 oz Greek yoghurt
  • 3.5 oz berries of your choice. frozen or fresh (e.g. strawberries)
  • sweetener of your choice (erythritol or xylitol)

Directions

1.

Put the water in a large mixing bowl and soak the gelatine for about 10 minutes in a water bath. If you use red gelatine, then the yoghurt drops get a stronger color, with white gelatine they are correspondingly paler.

Heat the gelatine until it is completely dissolved, but do not boil!

2.

Put the Greek yoghurt and berries in a small mixing bowl and add the erythritol / xylitol to the berries. We used frozen strawberries here.

3.

Puree the sweetened berries with the stick blender into a fine sauce.

4.

Mix the berry puree with the Greek yoghurt, then stir the yoghurt mixture into the gelatine.

5.

Stir the fruit mixture with a whisk even. Prepare your pipette and molds.

6.

Fill the molds with the mixture and refrigerate them in the fridge.

Tip: Put the Yoghurt Drops in the freezer about 1 hour before serving, then the yoghurt drops are much easier to remove from the molds. Enjoy!
