(Low-Carb High-Quality) – The warm almond cream clearly stands out from classical breakfast and is an absolute dream. Quick to make, long-lasting and damn tasty. If you don’t like a warm breakfast, you can also nibble the cream as a snack. However, remember that the cream has a lot of calories and saturates accordingly.

Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds ground
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. erythritol
  • 50 g blueberries frozen,
  • or berries of your choice
  • 3.5 oz almonds ground
  • 3.5 oz heavy cream
  • 3.4 fl oz whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. erythritol
  • 1.8 oz blueberries frozen,
  • or berries of your choice

Directions

1.

Mix the almonds, the heavy cream, the whole milk and the erythritol with a whisk.

Slowly heat the mixed ingredients in a saucepan and thicken the mix while stirring.

Remove the Low-Carb Warm Almond Cream from the heat and let it cool slightly. Careful, the cream is really hot! If the cream is too fluid, just add some more ground almonds. If the cream is too firm, then just stir in more milk.


4.

Fill the Low-Carb Warm Almond Cream in bowls - if you are really hungry in one bowl, if "average hungry" in 2 bowls and so on. 😉


5.

Refine the almond cream with fruits of your choice. Berries are particularly good in a low-carb diet. We used frozen blueberries for our Warm Almond Cream. At the right time of the year, when there are fresh berries, you can use the fresh ones.
