Low-Carb Tips

  • 200 g carrots
  • 250 g celery
  • 100 g leek
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder spicy
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. psyllium husks
  • 7.1 oz carrots
  • 8.8 oz celery
  • 3.5 oz leek
  • 4 eggs
  • 3.5 oz Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder spicy
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. psyllium husks



Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F (top / bottom heat).


Peel and grate the carrots and celery. Cut the leek into fine pieces and put the vegetables in a bowl.


Beat the eggs and add them to the vegetables in the mixing bowl. Also add the cheddar, oregano, paprika, psyllium husks and salt & pepper to taste.


Stir until all the ingredients have mixed well.


Line a baking tray with parchment paper and make small heaps of the mixture.


Bake the Low-Carb Rösti Bites for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven - enjoy! 🙂
