Ingredients
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 10 g psyllium husks
- 400 g tomatoes chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 100 g bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 20 g salami slices
- 50 g cooked ham in slices
- 1 globe of mozzarella
- 50 g grated Gouda
- 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 0.3 oz psyllium husks
- 14.1 oz tomatoes chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 3.5 oz bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 0.7 oz salami slices
- 1.8 oz cooked ham in slices
- 1 globe of mozzarella
- 1.8 oz grated Gouda
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F (top / bottom heat).
Mix the Greek yogurt with 2 eggs in a bowl, also add the psyllium husks and stir the dough until even.
Spread the dough evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes until light brown.
Line a casserole dish with the pizza base, the bottom and sides must be covered.
Fill a bowl with the chopped tomatoes, the last egg, the oregano and some salt and pepper to taste. Mix and pour into the casserole dish.
Now top the casserole off like a pizza. Add bell pepper and onions, salami, ham and mozzarella. Slightly press the ingredients into the tomato sauce, then sprinkle the casserole with the grated Gouda.
Bake for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
