Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp. paprika powder spicy
- white pepper
- clarified butter (ghee)
- 3 eggs
- 1.7 oz Parmesan
- 1 tsp. paprika powder spicy
- white pepper
- clarified butter (ghee)
Directions
1.Separate the Eggs. The Yolks aren’t needed and can be used in another recipe.
Whip the egg whites in a mixing bowl until they are stiff.
Add the grated parmesan, the paprika powder and some white pepper to taste and carefully mix the ingredients.
Heat some ghee in a pan and place some small cookies from the dough. Fry the cookies from both sides for about 15 minutes until gold brown.
Place the finished cookies on kitchen paper and allow them to dry. Enjoy!
