Ingredients

  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 3 grill chilis
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 250 g kidney beans
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 200 g Gouda cheese or cheese of your choice, grated
  • 14.1 oz ground beef
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 3 grill chilis
  • 5.3 oz tomatoes
  • 8.8 oz kidney beans
  • 1.1 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 7.1 oz Gouda cheese or cheese of your choice, grated

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F (circulating air) or 220°C / 430°F (top / bottom heat).


2.

Separate the ground beef into smaller pieces and brown in a pan evenly.


3.

Dice the onions, the garlic cloves, the bell peppers, the grill chilis and halve the tomatoes. Add the vegetables to the ground beef in the pan and sauté everything.


4.

Also add the kidney beans and tomato paste. Season with the paprika powder and salt and pepper to taste.


5.

Simmer briefly until everything is hot. Put the meat and vegetables in a casserole dish.


6.

Spread the grated cheese over the vegetables in the casserole dish.


7.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
