  • 500 g ground beef
  • 125 g diced cottage ham
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 1.5 l beef stock
  • 150 g celery
  • 150 g parsley root
  • 100 g carrots
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. mixed herbs (for example garden herbs)
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • pepper
  • salt
  • fresh chervil or parsley
  • 17.6 oz ground beef
  • 4.4 oz diced cottage ham
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 1.5 l beef stock
  • 5.3 oz celery
  • 5.3 oz parsley root
  • 3.5 oz carrots
  • 5.3 oz tomatoes
  • 8.8 oz broccoli
  • 8.8 oz cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. mixed herbs (for example garden herbs)
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • pepper
  • salt
  • fresh chervil or parsley

Directions

1.

Roast the ground beef, the diced cottage ham and the diced Spanish onion in a saucepan without adding any fat until the onions are golden brown. Make sure you split the ground beef into small pieces to sear it evenly.

Now add the beef stock and stir the stew.

Prepare the vegetables for the stew. Cut the celery, parsley root, carrots and tomatoes into dices or slices and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.

Add the vegetables, mixed herbs and the chili flakes to the stew but remember to salt & pepper to taste.


5.

Cover the pot and cook again until the vegetables are firm. The Low-Carb Hearty & Colorful Stew can be prepared so quickly and easily. Enjoy!
