Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 80 g salami
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 2 zucchinis
- 2.8 oz salami
- 4.4 oz Mozzarella
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F top / bottom heat.
Incise the zucchinis widthwise with about a finger's distance between the cuts.
Fold the salami slices in half and fill the cuts of the zucchinis.
Bake the prepared zucchini in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, but do not turn off the oven afterwards.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place it on top of the zucchini between the salami slices.
Bake the zucchini again until the mozzarella is melted. Enjoy!
