Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- clarified butter for frying
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. herb-mix (e.a parsley, dill, cress)
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- salt and pepper
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 pollack filets or fish of your choice
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- clarified butter for frying
- 1,8 oz almonds
- 1,8 oz Parmesan
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. herb-mix (e.a parsley, dill, cress)
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- salt and pepper
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 pollack filets or fish of your choice
Directions
1.First, heat your oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F top / bottom heat.
Cut the onion and garlic clove into fine cubes and sauté them in some ghee until glassy.
Prepare the breading mix in a large bowl. Add the onions, the garlic, the almonds, the parmesan, the mustard, the herbs, the tarragon and some salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients until even.
Put the pollack filet in a casserole dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Coat the fish with the breading.
Bake in oven for about 25 minutes or until the breading is crispy. Enjoy!
