(Low-Carb High-Quality) – The Low-Carb Fat Bombs are tasty little cheese balls in a crispy bacon coat. Only a little time and a few ingredients are needed. However, beware as this dish is very filling.

Low-Carb Tips

  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • chili flakes to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 200 g bacon
  • 5.3 oz cheddar cheese
  • 5.3 oz cream cheese
  • chili flakes to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 7.1 oz bacon



Combine the cheddar and cream cheese in a small mixing bowl.


Season the cheese with the chili flakes and salt & pepper to taste. Stir and form about walnut-sized balls, then put the balls in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until the bacon is finished.


Now fry the bacon strips one after another in a frying pan, then drain the bacon on a piece of paper towel.


Cut the bacon into small pieces.


Roll the cheese balls in the bacon pieces until they are completely covered. Enjoy!
