Low-Carb Tips

  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 30 g almonds blanched & ground
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 80 g white chocolate (without added sugar)
  • vanilla, ground, to taste
  • 1.8 oz coconut flakes
  • 1.1 oz almonds blanched & ground
  • 1.8 oz coconut oil
  • 2.8 oz white chocolate (without added sugar)
  • vanilla, ground, to taste



Use a coffee grinder to grind the coconut flakes and almonds, then combine them.


Heat the coconut oil until it has melted and also mix it with the dry ingredients.


For a creamier consistency, we recommend blending the mixture again with a hand blender.


Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and add it to the coconut mixture with the ground vanilla to taste.


Stir all ingredients with a hand mixer and pour The Bounty Spread into a jar of your choice, then allow it to cool.


The Bounty Spread is smooth at room temperature but store it in the fridge to make sure it stays fresh. Remember to get The Bounty Spread out of the fridge early enough before eating so it's spreadable.
