Ingredients
- 100 g almonds baton-cut
- 50 g chocolate (without added sugar)
- 1 tsp. erythritol
- 3.5 oz almonds baton-cut
- 1.8 oz chocolate (without added sugar)
- 1 tsp. erythritol
Directions
1.Put the almonds in a frying pan and stir fry them without oil until they are golden brown.
Now prepare the chocolate coating. Put the chocolate pieces in a small metal bowl and heat the bowl in a water bath until the chocolate melts.
Stir the chocolate and make sure it melted evenly. Now add the erythritol to the chocolate. The given amount is a good guideline, but depending on your taste use more or less. Stir the liquid chocolate evenly with the erythritol.
Now mix the chocolate in a large mixing bowl with the roasted almonds.
Distribute small piles of the chocolate-almond mixture on parchment paper.
Let the Chocolate Crackles cool until they are stiff. Enjoy!
