Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. paprika (spicy)
  • 50 g coconut flour
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 150 g grated Parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 5.3 oz grated Parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C / 390°F (circulating air) or 220°C / 430°F (top / bottom heat).

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips.


3.

Prepare the breading in 3 separate bowls. First mix the coconut flour with the marjoram, paprika and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

Crack the eggs into a second bowl. The amount of eggs can vary, depending on how many chicken strips you have cut from the chicken breasts. Use a fork or a whisk to whisk the eggs.


5.

In a third bowl, prepare the parmesan or grated cheese of your choice.


6.

Now take the chicken breast strips and bread them carefully in this order: in the coconut flour mixture, then turn them in the eggs and finally in the grated cheese.


7.

Place the breaded chicken breast strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the chicken strips in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.


8.

Serve the Low-Carb Cheesy Chicken Sticks straight or with a homemade dip of your choice. Enjoy!
