  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 20 g sesame
  • 5 g psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 20 ml water
  • 100 g grated gouda
  • 3.5 oz ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 0.7 oz sesame
  • 0.2 oz psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0.7 oz butter
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 0.7 fl oz water
  • 3.5 oz grated gouda

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F (top / bottom heat).


2.

Use a bowl to knead the ground almonds, the coconut flour, the sesame, the psyllium husks, the baking soda, the salt, the lemon juice, the egg and the water into an even dough.


3.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Shape small rolls or sticks from the dough and distribute them on the parchment paper.


4.

Cover the sticks with the grated gouda. Maybe it's necessary to press the cheese a little bit against the sticks, so the sticks are nicely covered in cheese after baking.


5.

Bake everything until the cheese melted for approx. 30 min. Enjoy! 🙂
