Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower (approx. 500 g)
- 5 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 g fresh parsley
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 30 g Parmesan
- 100 g cream cheese
- pepper to taste
- 1 cauliflower (approx. 1 lb 1.6 oz)
- 5 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 0.2 oz fresh parsley
- 3.5 oz ground almonds
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 oz Parmesan
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F (top / bottom heat).
Clean and grate the cauliflower.
Set aside the grated cauli and separate the eggs, then whip the egg white until stiff.
Finely dice the garlic and chop the parsley. Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks and stir with a hand mixer. Add the diced garlic, the parsley, the ground almonds, the baking soda and the grated Parmesan and stir the ingredients with the hand mixer.
Add the mixture to the grated cauli and pepper to taste.
Now carefully fold in the beaten egg white.
Pour the dough into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper.
Smooth and bake in oven for about 50 minutes, then allow the bread to cool. Cut the Low-Carb Cauli & Garlic Bread into slices and enjoy with cold cuts or as side dish to soup.
