Ingredients
- 500 g buttermilk
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 130 g linseed flour (gold or brown)
- 40 g almond flour
- 40 g psyllium husks
- 60 g oat bran
- 20 g sunflower seed flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 17.6 oz buttermilk
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 4.6 oz linseed flour (gold or brown)
- 1.4 oz almond flour
- 1.4 oz psyllium husks
- 2.1 oz oat bran
- 0.7 oz sunflower seed flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 220°C / 430°F (circulating air) or 240°C / 465°F (top / bottom heat).
Mix the buttermilk and the eggs with a hand mixer in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: the linseed flour, the almonds, the psylliums, the oat bran, the sunflower seed flour, the baking soda and the salt.
Add the mixed dry ingredients to the buttermilk and egg mixture and stir everything into a smooth dough with a hand mixer.
Knead the dough and form it into a loaf, then put it on a baking tray.
Incise the bread in the center so it can rise in the oven.
Now bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then adjust the temperature by 20°C / 70°F and bake the bread for another 45 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and cut off a slice. Cover the bread to your taste. Enjoy!
