Ingredients

  • 400 g Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen)
  • ghee
  • 1 onion
  • 125 g cottage ham, diced
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • salt & pepper
  • 200 g sour cream 14%
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 14.1 oz Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen)
  • ghee
  • 1 onion
  • 4.4 oz cottage ham, diced
  • 17.6 ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • salt & pepper
  • 7.1 oz sour cream 14%
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 5.3 oz Emmental cheese, grated

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F (top / bottom heat).

Remove the withered leaves from the Brussels sprouts and wash the sprouts thoroughly. If you use frozen sprouts, allow them to thaw first.


3.

Blanch the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain.

Fry the diced onion in a pan with some ghee until golden brown, then add the diced cottage ham. Mix the cottage ham with the onions and add the Brussels sprouts on top. Fry everything briefly.

Put the ground beef in a bowl and season with the paprika, nutmeg, cumin, rosemary and oregano and a little salt and pepper to your taste.


6.

Knead the ground beef even and add the fried Brussels sprouts, the ham and onions.


7.

Mix the sour cream with the eggs evenly in another bowl and also add the mixture to the ground beef and Brussels sprouts. Now mix everything, but be careful and do not break the Brussels sprouts.


8.

Put everything in a casserole dish and sprinkle with the grated Emmental cheese.


9.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
