Low-Carb Tips

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ a lemon
  • 4 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 50 g of chopped walnuts
  • parsley for decorating
  • 17.6 oz broccoli
  • 16.9 fl oz water
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ a lemon
  • 4 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1.8 oz of chopped walnuts
  • parsley for decorating



Clean the broccoli, divide it into florets and cut the stems small. Cook the broccoli in plenty of salted water for about 5-10 minutes.


Drain the water and add 500 ml of it back to the broccoli. Purée the broccoli with the water to the desired consistency.


Juice the lemon and add the juice to the soup. Salt and pepper to taste.


Put the soup in bowls and serve with the heavy cream and the chopped walnuts. Decorate with parsley to taste and enjoy.
