  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 g celery
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 l vegetable stock
  • salt
  • 200 g coconut milk (alternatively 200 g heavy cream)
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder spicy
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder
  • pepper
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • clarified butter (ghee)
  • 7.1 oz carrots
  • 5.3 oz celery
  • 1.8 oz broccoli
  • 2.1 pt vegetable stock
  • salt
  • 7.1 oz coconut milk (alternatively 7.1 oz heavy cream)
  • 1 tbsp. paprika powder spicy
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder
  • pepper
  • 14.1 oz chicken breast
  • clarified butter (ghee)



Peel the carrots and slice them. Cut the celery into rings and separate the individual florets from the broccoli, then put all the vegetables in a pot.


Now add the vegetable stock to the vegetables, salt the stew to taste and simmer for about 15 minutes.


Fry the chicken breast in some ghee, then cut into cubes.


Set aside the diced chicken and go back to the stew. Pour the coconut milk (or cream) into the stew and season with the paprika, curry and pepper to taste, then stir.


Add the chicken breast cubes at the end. Enjoy!
