Ingredients
- approx. 4 large leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 100 g bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 100 g cold cuts or chicken breast in slices
- 100 g Gouda in slices
- 1 tsp. herbs of your choice
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- salt
- pepper
- approx. 4 large leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 3.5 oz bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 3.5 oz cold cuts or chicken breast in slices
- 3.5 oz Gouda in slices
- 1 tsp. herbs of your choice
- 3.5 oz Greek yogurt
- salt
- pepper
Directions
1.Mix the cream for the wrap first. Put the Greek yogurt into a bowl and stir in the herbs. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste and stir until even.
For a wrap, put 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce on top of each other and cover with 2 slices of Gouda, then add 2 slices of cold roast or 2 slices of chicken breast.
Now cover the wrap with the yogurt mix and put a few strips of paprika and a few onion rings on top of it.
The stuffing is finished! Now it's time to roll the wrap properly: Roll the lower side of the iceberg lettuce up to half of the wraps and fold the right and left sides over it.
Now, while holding the right and left sides of the wraps, roll up the bottom side until you have a complete roll.
Your wrap is finished! For a better handle you can wrap it with half a sheet of parchment paper.
Prepare the second wrap in the same way - and the healthy morning snack is ready.
