(Low-Carb High-Quality) – Our first low-carb bread without any dairy products and eggs! The “Nodae”! The bread with “No dairy and eggs” can be prepared with only a few ingredients and tastes fantastic. The taste is reminiscent of black bread, but is less bitter.

Ingredients

  • 100 g linseed flour
  • 50 chickpea flour
  • 50 g linseeds crushed
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp. psyllium husks
  • 1 pack baking powder (starch free)
  • salt or seasons of your choice
  • 300 ml fizzy water
  • 3.5 oz linseed flour
  • 1.8 oz chickpea flour
  • 1.8 oz linseeds crushed
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp. psyllium husks
  • 1 pack baking powder (starch free)
  • salt or seasons of your choice
  • 10.1 fl oz fizzy water

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 220°C / 430°F (circulating air) or 240°C / 465°F (top / bottom heat).

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: linseed flour, chickpea flour, crushed linseeds, sunflower seeds, psyllium husk, baking powder and salt or spices to taste.

Add the fizzy water and stir into an even dough.


4.

Shape the smooth dough into a loaf of bread and let it rest for about 15 minutes.


5.

Bake the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15 minutes. Then adjust the temperature to 190°C / 375°F (circulating air) or 210°C / 410°F (top/bottom heat) and bake the Nodae for another 50 minutes.


6.

Finished! Cover the bread with low-carb ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
