Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp. crème fraîche
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 slices of gouda
  • 4 slices of turkey cold cuts
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 6 prawns
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cucumber

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C / 355°F (circulating air) or 200°C / 390°F (top / bottom heat).


2.

Divide the cucumber lengthwise, then further into quaters. Remove the seeds of the cucumber with a small spoon.


3.

Cover the cucumber boats with a spread of your choice, e.g. quark with herbs or cream cheese. We chose crème fraîche and mustard.


4.

Prepare the finely chopped garlic cloves, the thinly sliced red onion, the prawns and the turkey breast slices.


5.

Now add to the cucumber boats the respective ingredients as you like. And season to taste with salt and pepper.


6.

Roll the cheese slices and place them on top of the filled cucumber boats.


7.

Place the cucumbers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in oven for 20 minutes.


8.

Serve and enjoy!
