Ingredients
- 150 g almond flour
- 1 tbsp. linseed flour (golden)
- 30 g sesame
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- a pinch of sea salt
- 5 eggs (size M)
- approx. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 5.3 oz almond flour
- 1 tbsp. linseed flour (golden)
- 1.1 oz sesame
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- a pinch of sea salt
- 5 eggs (size M)
- approx. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 160°C / 320°F (circulating air) or 180°C / 355°F (top / bottom heat).
Mix the almond flour, the linseed flour, the sesame, the baking soda and the sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
Crack the eggs into another bowl. Add the lemon juice to the eggs.
Whisk the eggs with a hand mixer, then add the dry ingredients to the eggs.
Knead the ingredients thoroughly until you get an even dough.
Fill the dough into the bagel form.
Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Halve the bagels and cover them with savory low-carb ingredients to your taste. For example, salad and ham. Enjoy!
